Who we are

Creation Labs ("we", "us") is a web, video and social studio working in Málaga, London and remotely. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email address, business or project name, what you need, and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings are handled by Cal.com and added to our Google Calendar.

When you email us: your email address and whatever your message contains.

When you visit the site: our host, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, which is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract (UK and EU GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

To run the website securely, which is in our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

Cal.com (booking), Google (calendar and email) and Netlify (hosting). Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA; where they do, they rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: up to [24 months], then deleted. Client records: as long as the law requires, for example for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@creationlabs.uk.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) in Spain.
